Frequently asked questions

What surfaces do you clean?

We clean carpet, upholstery, ceramic and porcelain tile, grout, and selected floor surfaces. We also provide stain and odor treatment, water extraction, and post-mitigation floor cleaning. Tell us the material when requesting a quote so we can confirm the appropriate method.

What stains can you treat?

We assess food and drink spills, tracked-in soil, grease, makeup, pet accidents, organic spots, traffic-lane discoloration, and many other common stains. The source, age, prior treatment, and fiber type all affect the likely result.

Can every stain be removed?

No. Permanent dye loss, bleaching, chemical damage, wear, heat damage, and stains that have altered the carpet fiber may not come out. We’ll explain what appears treatable before using a specialty process.

Can you remove pet urine and odors?

We can inspect and treat many pet-related spots and odors. If contamination has reached the carpet backing, cushion, subfloor, or nearby materials, surface cleaning alone may not solve the source. The treatment and price depend on how far it has spread.

How should I prepare?

Pick up small objects, toys, clothing, cords, and fragile items. Vacuum loose debris if practical, identify the stains that concern you, secure pets, and make sure we have the access instructions discussed during scheduling.

Do I need to move furniture?

Move small, fragile, valuable, or electronic items before arrival. We’ll discuss beds, sofas, desks, and other large pieces when quoting the work. Some items may be cleaned around instead of moved.

What about pets and children?

Keep pets and children away from equipment, hoses, work areas, and damp surfaces. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities, or special access concerns before the appointment so we can discuss them.

What access does the cleaning van need?

Truck-mounted cleaning works best when the van can park reasonably close to the service entrance. Tell us about stairs, elevators, gates, loading areas, parking restrictions, long hose routes, or controlled-access doors before the visit.

What should I do after cleaning?

Limit traffic until the carpet is dry, use clean socks or shoe covers if you must walk on it, and keep pets away. Use normal HVAC and safe air movement when appropriate. Wait until the carpet is dry before replacing items that could transfer color or leave rust or wood stains.

How long will the carpet take to dry?

Drying time varies with carpet construction, cleaning intensity, temperature, humidity, airflow, and how heavily an area was treated. We’ll give you a practical estimate after the cleaning rather than promise one drying time for every property.

Can the area reopen the same day?

Sometimes, but it depends on the material, conditions, airflow, and operating window. We can divide larger properties into sections and plan the work around check-in, customer traffic, staff schedules, and realistic drying time.

Will carpet re-soil faster afterward?

Ongoing soil depends on traffic, outdoor conditions, spills, maintenance, and what was previously used on the carpet. After cleaning, avoid applying household spot products unless we have discussed them and follow the care guidance provided for the property.

How is residential carpet cleaning priced?

The Quick Refresh starts at $149 for up to two standard rooms, and the Whole-Home Clean starts at $229 for up to five rooms plus one hallway. Oversized rooms, stairs, heavy soil, furniture, specialty treatment, access, and travel can change the quote. The $149 service minimum applies.

How is commercial cleaning priced?

Commercial carpet cleaning starts around $0.18 per cleanable square foot, subject to the $149 service minimum. Total area, soil level, furniture, access, required timing, and specialty treatment affect the final written quote.

Can you clean while a business is open?

Often, yes. We can discuss phased work, traffic control, entrances, occupied rooms, and early, late, or lower-traffic scheduling. The workable plan depends on the property and the time each area must return to use.

Which hotel areas do you clean?

Yes. We can quote guest rooms, corridors, meeting rooms, lobby carpet, traffic lanes, and upholstered furnishings. Work can be divided by room block, floor, wing, or priority area.

Do you offer recurring commercial maintenance?

Yes. Hotels, vacation rentals, offices, venues, and other facilities can request a maintenance plan based on traffic, appearance standards, occupancy, and budget. A one-time pilot area can help define the right schedule.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Branson, Hollister, Branson West, Forsyth, Kimberling City, Ridgedale, and nearby Taney and Stone County communities. Send the property address and we’ll confirm availability, the service minimum, and any travel charge.

Do you provide full restoration?

No. Our work is limited to water extraction and post-mitigation carpet and floor cleaning. We do not provide mold remediation, structural drying, demolition, reconstruction, or insurance adjusting. Those situations should involve a qualified restoration contractor.

How do you work with restoration contractors?

We can provide overflow extraction and post-mitigation floor cleaning while the restoration company remains the customer’s primary contact. Communication, scope, scheduling, documentation, and invoicing are agreed before work begins.

Do you take before-and-after photos?

Photos may be taken as private job records to document condition, scope, completed work, complaints, payments, or chargebacks. We avoid people and unrelated personal information. Marketing use requires separate customer permission.

When is payment due?

Payment is due when the agreed work is completed unless approved written Net 15 or Net 30 terms appear on a commercial invoice. The price and payment arrangement are confirmed before service begins.
