Is this full water-damage restoration?
No. Our service is limited to water extraction and post-mitigation floor cleaning. We don’t provide structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, reconstruction or insurance adjusting.
What should I do after discovering water?
Stop the source if it is safe, avoid contaminated water and protect occupants. If walls, ceilings, insulation or structural materials may be wet, contact a restoration contractor promptly.
