These terms apply to this website and service requests. Your quote or invoice may include additional terms for the specific job.
Service details
- Website prices are starting points, not binding quotes. Room size, cleanable area, condition, access, furniture, specialty treatment and timing can affect the final price.
- Submitting a form does not create an appointment or guarantee availability. Service is scheduled after the work, timing, access and price are confirmed.
- Before and after photos may be captured as part of the private job record to document condition, scope and completed work. Promotional use requires separate permission.
- Payment is due when the agreed work is completed unless written Net 15 or Net 30 terms appear on an approved commercial invoice. Checks and other offline payments are not treated as paid until verified.
- Spot, stain and odor results vary. Permanent dye loss, material damage, prior treatment and contamination below the carpet may limit improvement.
- Water extraction and post-mitigation cleaning do not include mold remediation, structural drying, reconstruction or insurance adjusting.
- Customers are responsible for accurate access information, securing pets and valuables, and disclosing known hazards or sensitive materials before work begins.
