Frequently asked questions
Can every stain be removed?
Some stains are permanent. Dye loss, chemical damage, age and prior treatment can leave discoloration that cleaning cannot reverse.
Why can an odor return after cleaning?
If contamination reached the cushion or subfloor, surface cleaning alone may not resolve the source. Treatment depends on which materials are affected.
Is deodorizer included?
The Whole-Home Clean includes a standard deodorizer. Specialty odor treatment is priced by the affected area and condition.
